A reflection is an idea or an opinion made after careful thought. Direction: write in English in response to questions writing as much as the time allows.

2. What was your favourite topic this year? Why?
3. How much do you think you learned about your American pal’s culture?
4. What are your hopes and expectations for next year?

I learn English to know about English-speaking countries, to work on computer and to understand English songs.
This year I’ve read a lot about USA and Great Britain.
I like to watch TV programs about animals.

I’ve learned a lot of new words, because I like to learn English by learning vocabulary.
From time to time I repeat new information to myself.
It helps me greatly to create my projects, write essays and letters.

I can understand texts that tells facts about themes I know them.
I can read and understand simple personal letters.
I can understand short messages.
3. To what extent did you improve your listening skills?
I can understand my teacher and my classmates.
I can understand very short dialogues when people speak slowly.
I can understand when someone speaks very slowly to me and articulates carefully.
I can understand basic greetings and everyday sentences.
I can understand times, dates, days of the week, months of the year.
I think I can understand simple phrases, questions and information.
I can also understand familiar words and expressions about holidays, traits of character, explorers and explorations, household chores, shopping, helping others and taking care of nature.

Anyway, I’m still not good at pronouncing English words correctly.
